About Point Loma

West of downtown San Diego, you’ll find Point Loma, a luxurious seaside community that offers stunning views of San Diego’s skyline. Point Loma is home to the Old Point Loma Lighthouse and some of the best tide pools in San Diego. Alternatively, we provide multi-family (5-15 units) property management for a 6% monthly management fee. In addition to monthly management fees, we charge a $595 leasing fee, a $150 annual inspection fee, and a $195 lease renewal fee.
