About Carmel Valley

Carmel Valley is an affluent suburb east of Del Mar. Families gravitate toward neighborhoods here because of the schools and parks in the area. One of the best public high schools in California, Canyon Crest Academy, lies in the heart of Carmel Valley. They have great programs for students interested in the arts as well as STEM subjects.

For more family fun, head over to the Carmel Valley Recreation Center. There are pools, tennis courts, gyms, game rooms, and more. The neighborhood has some great places to eat, too. For brunch, stop into Snooze and try their breakfast tacos or a morning mimosa. Another popular restaurant in the area is Searsucker. They have great appetizers and entrees to choose from.

How much does Carmel Valley property management cost?

Every Carmel Valley property manager has their own fee structure. However, we offer house, condo, and/or 2-4 units property management for an 8% monthly management fee. Alternatively, we provide multi-family (5-15 units) property management for a 6% monthly management fee. In addition to monthly management fees, we charge a $595 leasing fee, a $150 annual inspection fee, and a $195 lease renewal fee.
