A short drive away, you’ll find Mira Mesa high school, home of the marauders. Because Mira Mesa is primarily residential, there are many shopping centers and strip malls. Alternatively, we provide multi-family (5-15 units) property management for a 6% monthly management fee. In addition to monthly management fees, we charge a $595 leasing fee, a $150 annual inspection fee, and a $195 lease renewal fee.
