What happens if my tenant stops paying rent?
If your tenant stops paying rent, we move quickly to protect your investment and handle the situation for you from start to finish. That includes tenant communication, required notices, rent collection efforts, and coordination of the eviction process if necessary.
We also back our placement process with our No Eviction Guarantee. If a tenant we place needs to be evicted, we cover up to $3,000 in eviction costs, helping reduce your financial risk and giving you added peace of mind.
Can I use my own vendors?
If the property is vacant, yes. If the property is occupied, we only use our preferred vendor network in order to protect the tenant and ensure repairs are done right.
How often will I receive statements?
We post the monthly owner statements to your owner portal on the first business day of the month. Meaning on November 1st you will get the October statement which runs from October 1st-31st. You will receive an email when the statement is available
