Steve Welty is the founder and CEO of Good Life Property Management. Since its establishment in 2013, Steve and his team have made owning rental property easy for over 1,500 Southern California homeowners.Their purpose is Life Improved; creating opportunity, enjoyment, and impact for their community is what matters most. 

Steve is continuously learning and collecting new ideas in order to help himself and the people he cares about transform. His relationship with God is what drives him to be the best version of himself. 

In his free time he enjoys surfing, yoga, playing music, and spending time with his 7-year-old son Miles and his wife Courtney.

Bryce Baker

Bryce was born and raised in Colorado, moving to California in 2010 to attend the University of San Diego. He played rugby as a Torero and then for local men’s club OMBAC for seven years after graduating. He loves doing anything outdoors in Southern California’s beautiful beaches, mountains, and deserts. As Director of Property Management at Good Life, he oversees occupied property operations and is passionate about coaching team members, developing leaders, and creating systems that help the team deliver an exceptional experience for owners and residents.

Director of Team Growth & Development

Dave moved to San Diego from Palm Desert to attend San Diego State University. After he graduated, he spent over 10 years in the property and casualty insurance industry. Dave’s job at Good Life is to take what Steve envisions the company to be and create and oversee the processes to achieve that vision. He’s a dog lover and his ideal weekend consists of taking his dog on a roadtrip to the country for a few days. Dave is known for supplying the team with semi-interesting facts and making the best coffee in the office.
