Good Life has been San Diego’s trusted property management company since its inception in 2013. At Good Life, we build relationships and serve as an ally to homeowners who want to rent out their property stress-free so they can “Live the Good Life.”

Spring 2026 Winner
“I am so honored to be receiving the Good Life scholarship. I am a sophomore at Truman State University studying Psychology and Neuroscience.
In the future, I plan to get a PhD in Psychology to study autism, particularly how women and girls present differently than their male counterparts.”

Eligible Recipients
High school seniors or graduates, undergraduate, and graduate students who meet the
following criteria:
- Applicants must reside in the United States.
- High school seniors must plan on enrolling full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States for the 2026-27 academic year.
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States for the 2026-27 academic year.
- Graduate students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university in the United States for the 2026-27 academic year.
Essay Question
At Good Life, we believe in making a positive impact on our community. We invite applicants to
write an original essay of at least 350 words describing ONE of the following:
- What community means to them;
- Lessons they’ve learned from being part of a community;
- How their community helped them overcome a challenge;
- How they discovered community through a team or part-time job they were involved with; or
- How they have contributed, through their volunteer efforts, to a community.
