At Good Life, we work hard to ensure the happiness of our tenants. Here are some of the things you have to look forward to.

    • Tenant Guarantees – You have legal rights and it is our job to protect them for you. We believe that we should go above and beyond for our tenants, so we provide these guarantees.
      1. If you call our office during business hours and have to leave a message, our Customer Service Department will respond to your message within 1 hour.
      2. Our maintenance department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,  365 days a year, to take calls, troubleshoot, and respond to emergencies.
      3. If you don’t agree with the final disposition of their Security Deposit, you may bring their issue to our “Security Deposit Resolution Committee” comprised of our Operations Manager and our Client Success Manager for a second opinion.
    • Utility Connection and Termination – We have contracted with Citizen Home Solutions to coordinate the start and termination of utilities including water, electric, gas and phone services.  In addition, they will negotiate internet, cable and satellite services on the tenant’s behalf.
    • Lock Box Move Ins: Most of our rentals allow for lock boxes to be left at the property to make moving in a breeze. The day your lease begins we will send you the code to the lock box to access the keys to your new home saving you a trip to our office.
  • Responding to Maintenance
      1. Our tenants have access to Property Meld--a maintenance management software that makes it easy for you to report the issue, troubleshoot with our Maintenance Team, upload photos or files, and schedule with the vendors and contractors.
      2. Non-emergency maintenance requests are responded to within 2 business hours.
  • Move Out--When it comes time to move out, we provide a To-Do list to you to ensure ease of transferring possession back to us as well as what to do to get your deposit back. If requested, a property manager will provide an initial inspection to detail what needs to be corrected to ensure full return of your security deposit.
  • Free Credit Report When You Apply -- When you apply for a property, we will provide you with a copy of your credit report (requests generally take about 10 days to process).
